Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days delivery after dispatch (£12.95)
- Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days delivery after dispatch (orders over £50)
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our premium flooring products with a transparent 15-day return policy from delivery date. Please review the following guidelines carefully.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories (e.g., Decking Accessories or Flooring Underlay)
- Original proof of purchase required
- Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Live Edge tables (custom-cut to order)
- Full Stave flooring (made to specific measurements)
- Butcher Block countertops (cut to size)
- Opened containers of Flooring Adhesive, Flooring Oil, or Flooring Cleaner
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Order number
- Product name (e.g., “Chevron Engineered Wood Flooring”)
- Reason for return
- Refund or exchange preference
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely repackage items with original packaging and ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend trackable services (DHL/FedEx).
Refund Process
- Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Email confirmation sent upon completion
Exchange Process
For exchanges (e.g., swapping Herringbone for Chevron pattern):
- Replacement shipped after receiving your return
- Price differences will be adjusted
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Engineered Wood Flooring or other product arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 days at [email protected]
- Include photos of damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns

- Customs fees/duties for returns are the customer’s responsibility
