• Original proof of purchase is required

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Live Edge tables (custom-cut to order)
• Full Stave flooring (made to specific measurements)
• Butcher Block countertops (cut to size)
• Opened containers of Flooring Adhesive, Oil, or Cleaner

6.3 Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days with order details
2. Receive Authorization: We’ll provide an RMA number within 2 business days
3. Ship Items: Send to Flooring Shop Returns, 21 St Giles, Oxford, GB OX5Q 3OR

Note: Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect returns:

• Credited to your original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
• You’ll receive email confirmation upon completion

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

For custom products (Live Edge, Full Stave, Butcher Block), please inspect carefully before installation as claims cannot be made after fitting begins.
